i still couldn't get a full details of the movie but diCarpio, nominated for an actor leading role, practically, his every scene trully inhabits the role. his increasingly odd behavior, always carrying his own soap is one of the more amusing traits.

there are also breathtaking scenes of old hollywood glamour, with all the dizzying camera swoops, shots and angles. and the film is mostly on hughes' love of beautiful women. cate blanchett as katharine hepburn is a sure winner for this academy award nomination because she has all the intelligence resemblance to the actress, right down to the accent. "golly".

leaving the theatre, i realized that hughes' being billionaire or not, i admired him, but i didn't even like him.

*thank you noel & christine for the complimentary ticket only to find that it can only be used in an uncomfortable seats at the ocean terminal cinema. but the dinner at the pizza bar was trully palatable despite of the freezing temperature.

i need a complete route straight to bed, folks. i'm exhausted.
