my saturday night was believed to be a restful escape from all the sparkling xmas city lights but according to what was planned it shifted back to a breezy session at the billiard club somewhere distant off-shore in east kowloon. my friends dragged me forcefully to extend another sequel of my lousy antics, the same i did a couple of weeks ago at tina & noel's house. yuyu & oren who are now leaving hong kong before christmas for canada asked me with a "please" then so, i considered myself the center-of-attraction to entertain them for the last time - i was a bit of hesitant but my mighty sickening talent forced me to go. the ladies were the top players of the evening while their husbands were the bunch of cheerers of the 'hit and mostly miss' game. they even qouted the chalkboard with their initials that reads B.O.Y.S.N.C., referring to the boys band group.

i was noisy. i was extremely annoying - talking aloud as everyone laughing almost made them chocked to death - ok, a bit of hyperbolic. but the 'bouncer' of the billiard tried to stop me although i managed to pretend a not-guilty sign from all the loud echoe i created in the entire hall. i mean someone from other 'pool' just silently yelled "SHUDDUP" which i overheard loud enough. that moron doesn't exactly know what language he was yelling and i gave them the look saying "if given the chance to throw these #9 ball in my hands, somehow you may need an ambulance to have your stinky holes sitting in the hospital with a bed pan". but the whole gang couldn't even hold their breath while myself continued the i-don't-give-a-hoot moment.

an hour later, another group of ... "hey, look some women from back there", yuyu said. she, the player Y stood up and looked as if amazed but before she knew it, she already managed the besu mi se muestra con la intencịn - a conspicuos plus of whatever. she did it, few of us gave her "the evil look". i feel it, i feel it. the 'women' whom she was referring to were the so called 'friends-turned-enemy' of hers. their husbands including myself were amongst the ice breaker to avoid some sort of "girls fight" dramas. the 'little girls' did not in any way talked each other, including tina who became so numbed with the sourroundingss. dead-ma look.

the games went on and scores were irrationally bad that night. i myself couldn't even connect as to why these girls are still indicating their lack of maturity with each others. thought cindy lauper sang once that girls just wanna have fun. considering player Y's and "the women" husband are brothers.

*eating time. i had my fried rice topped with semi-friend eggs and had a cigarette.*

but since there was a moment of few minutes silence, player Y other 'then-friends' also arrived, so as shocked as she looked, she could no longer hit a single ball. re: these girls were not in speaking terms for over a year now. hey not that i know but if player Y happened to read these, she's gonna give me a finger. the silence was switched with another twist while everyone were playing gods, i started to continue my 'show-like' silent movie. we left almost two in the morning, took the transport by public light bus, laughing about the earlier scene.

i had to work early shifts so i had to catch some nap, but it didn't happen. i was trying to feel like asleep but the moment i hear silence, the more i wasn't getting all the ZZZ's i needed. so i was playing 3D pet fish in my 7610 until the clock just said, "times up brother you need a shower". so which means, i'm definately getting the zombie look.

question: trouble in sleeping - does it often take you more than 30 minutes to fall asleep at night? or do you wake up frequently during the night - or too early in the morning - and have a hard time going back to sleep? when you awaken, do you feel groggy and lethargic? do you feel drowsy during the day particularly during monotonous situations? and "yes" i have. i have a lot of sleep debts, that i'd thought i'd already overcome days ago, but the shifting of hours of work was not as effective as managing my sleep and it exists in my everyday's life. so i'm getting a really really poor sleep and this is not acceptable.

walking home early today like a zombie, i'd passed through this ad board and to my dismay i'd thought, i was promoting my own horror movie. i glanced at it and to some point the actor in that ad [pictured right] looks as if my own likeness. the magic mole on the face is just so alike. funny as my colleague just said, "hey, that man in the picture looks like you". the man in that ad is from a movie "shutter", a thai horror-flick.
