i had the same sentiments reading aromatic blend of ate bheng's definition of blog. how do we deal with it? i never really thought that i would end up seriously into blogging.

my regular 'job' is usually going online to chatting which i narrowed down almost a couple of months ago. my addiction to that has never been exciting, although i've enjoyed those "asl" years, i would say, it didn't give me an inch of learning. oh i think it did for some part, i learned about many acronyms commonly use in IRC, especially the popular LOL, an abbreviation for laughing out loud used widely for internet related terms.

eversince the www have become so popular many years ago, i've been using webpages to record my thoughts and expressions. somehow it only made me learn the simple use of HTML's but it stopped me right there. everything was simply just the copy and paste, the guestbooks and the never ending links. if i found them useful, amusing or interesting, i usually add them - and so on. 

but what is blog anyways? technology plays a great role with this online journalling. blogs are entries that you may find online produced by a single individual. an individual who writes a subject particularly, topics that includes technology, politics and blogging itself. it made me understand that blogging is only design for journalists, writers who research and write a story then the editors put them online like the traditional news we normally see on www.

but since i'm a dreamer, i'd thought what the heck, if everybody else are doing it, why can't i? thinking maybe i can also participate. i may have the lack of intelligence to writing, but i've decided that i can use my own regular thoughts, feelings, frustrations and real life experiences. it's like recording my best and the worst of times. perhaps, i always enjoy 'going back' with my life. it helps me see how i've grown and developed and at the same time enjoying myself in reflecting on my own transformations.

there are now hundreds of thousands of blogs in existence. the most popular ones are those in politics that often discussions are serious on a certain topic. some blog maintainers often get famous simply by producing an interesting or controversial blog. and i never want to do that. my own blogging is usually done as often as i like. i do it on a regular basis. it doesn't matter if people never really reads it but at least the key is to regularly get in touch with how i am feeling. this helps me understand my fears, or dreams and any energy that may be 'stuck'. i don't particularly writes that people wants me to write. i think the best way is my way, because this is my blog. i write what i feel is right. this may not be the best blog you've ever come across with but as i look back, i realize that i have already come this far that i simply cannot imagine.

effectively, this free blog service are usually essential to keep a diary that are simple about the major events in my life so i won't consider getting a host. i'm saving money and i'm comfortable with this one. even so, some issues of privacy are to be considered sometimes. although i know that some of my friends reads these now and then, i still feel that i'm keeping things as humble as they are. even if this blog is 99% boring, at least i communicate.
